如何食用;
15岁以上：每次1锭，每日服用三~六次
5~14岁：每次1/2锭，每日服用三~六次
5岁以下：请勿服用。
请勿嚼碎或吞服，含服使用。服用间隔2小时以上。
儿童服用时，需成人在旁监督协助。

Do not chew. Instead slowly let it melt inside the mouth.
Wait 2 hours before the next use.
